Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refund or exchange within 21 days. We don't refund shipping costs.
We welcome returns on all orders, except items on sale.
No refund of original shipping cost.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are on us in case of an exchange.
We take full responsibility in case the item arrived damaged, you received the wrong item or other errors on our behalf.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed or unused, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
⒈ To start the return process, fill out our return form.
⒉ We’ll send you an email with a shipping label or provide you with a return address, depending on your selected shipping option. In case you selected to purchase a shipping label with us, the price will be withdrawn from your refund.
⒊ The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund and the original item will be returned to you on your cost.
4. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will notify you per email. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
All items on your original order can be exchanged once. We will not allow an exchanged item to be exchanged again. Fill out our return form and receive a confirmation email with a free pre-paid shipping label, which means return shipping is on us. Once your return is approved, you will be issued a store credit to exchange your merchandise by making a new purchase. New shipping costs will apply.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In that case you won't be charged for return shipping and replacement. After three days we won't be able to offer free return.
