Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return your product for an exchange, or a credit refund to the original payment method.

You can only return items if they arrived defective or damaged, or because of an error on our part. Items ordered in the wrong size cannot be returned. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.

All sales are final for items on sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed or unused, and in its original packaging. 


To start the process, email info@kidsonthewise.com with

- your order number

- the reason for your return, submit a photo

- method: exchange, or a credit refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send back your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your items arrived damaged, torn, holes or any defects, please email us at info@kidsonthewise.com with pictures so we can process you a new order free of charge. 

 

Damages and issues
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to info@kidsonthewise.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

Before we can proceed, please get in touch with the shipping carrier first to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, or you submitted a wrong shipping adress, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
